Aimee and I have been friends since before kindergarden. I have photos of us at age 5 dressed up as pirates, wearing eyeliner mustaches, my mother's scarves tied around our heads and waists, bangles on our arms, the dough hook from the kitchenaid as a...hook. I have photos of us from our 8th grade graduation and our high school graduation and from my wedding and the insignificant moments in between. I feel so lucky to have her in my life and to have been a part of her wedding celebration. She married her high school sweetheart of seven years on her parent's beautiful property in our hometown. I cried and laughed during the ceremony, and again throughout the toasts. The tiny flower girls danced until the end. Aimee, I love you. Thank you for teaching me about friendship and grace and humor and for being there, always. I wish you and Brady a lifetime of happiness.
