Three years ago we were all in Tahoe together, and three babies later, we're back. Grateful for clear skies, warm temps, and great friends. It got down to 45 degrees both nights, and I was worried you wouldn't be warm enough, but at the last minute I scored a secondhand sleeping bag for $4. Plus, we got you a merino wool base layer from chasing windmills, which I love. Sugar Pine Point was awesome, but it's a good thing we made our reservation back in April, because our two campsites were much larger than some of our neighbors. We spent a beach day at Meeks Bay, and will definitely return. It's only 90 minutes from home, so we could even just go for the day. Thank you, Tahoe, for being consistently beautiful and relaxing.
