Fall Mini Sessions at Sweet Roots Farm // October, 2024
I have been flirting with the flowers at Sweet Roots Farm since April and I want to share this special place with some of you. But the flowers won't last much longer! I am offering 8 sessions on four separate evenings.
Where & When?
Sessions will take place at Sweet Roots Farm in Grass Valley in the evenings of October 15th, 19th, 25th and 26th.
I cannot guarantee the flowers will stick around, but it is a beautiful, enchanting place regardless. The earlier dates have a greater chance of there still being flowers.

How much does it cost and what do I get?
Sessions are $285—a non refundable $100 deposit is due in advance to confirm your booking and the remainder is due at your session. Each session runs 20 minutes in length and will result in a personalized online gallery of 40+ images for you to download and keep. You will have access to high resolution for print and web resolution for sharing online.

Can I do a shorter session?
I considered this, but Sweet Roots is vast and varied. It takes time to walk around and I really like the variety.

Who is this best for?
Small groups of 2-4 are best because the rows are narrow and we want to keep any flower trampling to an absolute minimum! This offering is ideal for small families, couples, and maternity. I will also photograph high school seniors as long as you take a few shots with your mom or dad. :)
Because the terrain is varied, I don’t recommend this location for anyone with severe mobility limitations.
What should I wear?
Wear something you feel beautiful in. I recommend moms dress themselves first. Choose 2-3 colors that look good together plus neutrals. And don’t worry too much! In 30 years you won’t care what anyone was wearing.
When will I receive my photos?
I will email you a password-protected gallery within 2-3 weeks of our shoot.

What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel, your $100 deposit will be forfeited. In case of rain or illness we can transfer your session to a makeup date in November. Just email me ASAP to let me know.
